Sikaran

Filipino martial art originated long before the Spaniards came to the Philippines in the 16th century. Like other ancient Filipino martial arts, Sikaran also created by group of tribes / warriors together (not by one person) and has no written history. 

Dumog

Ancient Filipino wrestling art roots in pre-colonial Philippines. Originally developed by ancient Filipino farmers and warriors to control or disarm the opponent.

Southpaw Stance Strikes

Sometimes we need to train all basic strikes using the Southpaw Stance (right foot and right hand placed on the front) for variation in training.

This technique is very helpful when the opponent attacking us from right side and we don’t have time to set up the Regular / Orthodox Stance (left foot and left hand placed on the front).

The method is same as regular basic strikes training (each strikes repeated 10 counts) but now on inverted position. Simple.

 

Intercepting

Mix of both offense and defense.

When the opponent going strike, we strike first using faster linear technique.

African Laamb

African ancient wrestling style developed by Senegalese tribes. Main objectives is to throw the opponent to the ground.

Viking - Nordic countries ancient wrestling style, created before 9th century.

Kajukenbo

Hawaiian modern fighting style founded in 1947 by five martial artists from varying backgrounds, initially known as the "Black Belt Society". The five founding members of Kajukenbo were Adriano D. Emperado, Joseph Holck, Peter Young Yil Choo, Frank F. Ordonez and Clarence Chang.

Kurash

Kurash (گولش / кӱрешчилер / күрес) is an ancient wrestling style practiced in Central Asia – Middle East countries. Bronze Age ceramics from Bactria (Uzbekistan) depict ancient wrestlers that suggesting Kurash's ancient roots. 

Sword & Shield Fighting

Shield is a piece of personal armour held in the hand used to blocking opponent attacks, including projectile weapons attack like arrow. There are lot of design variation made since ancient era.
