Kurash (گولش / кӱрешчилер / күрес) is an ancient wrestling style practiced in Central Asia – Middle East countries.

Bronze Age ceramics from Bactria (Uzbekistan) depict ancient wrestlers that suggesting Kurash's ancient roots. 

Sword & Shield Fighting

Shield is a piece of personal armour held in the hand used to blocking opponent attacks, including projectile weapons attack like arrow.
