Target Paddle Training

Target Paddle is very useful training tool for beginners to help focusing their strikes.

Target Paddle is most dynamic target training tool because you can hold it on various angles and positions freely, you even can grip it in pointing down position or tilt it in horizontal position.

As instructor, always extend your arm and grip the target paddle far away from your body. Never stick / resting the paddle on your body or the students will hit you through the paddle and hurting you.








“What should i do if there is no Target Paddle available?”

If your Target Paddle broke / lost and you haven’t enough time or money to buy new Pad, just use clean soft rubber sandals.

Using soft rubber sandals or flip-flops as DIY Boxing pads is a very creative, budget-friendly training method for practicing accuracy when standard equipment is unavailable. Inexpensive, smooth soled - soft sandals can serve as handheld striking targets, allowing for effective pad work without specialized gear.
