Target Paddle Training

Target Paddle is very useful training tool for beginners to help focusing their strikes.

Target Paddle is most dynamic target training tool because you can hold it on various angles and positions freely, you even can grip it in pointing down position or tilt it in horizontal position.

Unlike “Hitting The Air” training where you can’t hitting the air to hard to avoid crashed on your joints, in “Target Paddle Training” you can hit the paddle fast as you want because the impact from your strikes are absorded by the target pad so they won’t hurt your own joint anymore.

As instructor, always extend your arm and grip the target paddle far away from your body. Never stick / resting the paddle on your body or the students will hit you through the paddle and hurting you.
