Big martial art organizations which are commonly managed by government authorities (like Karate and Judo) have special “Writer” division who is in charge of making certificate for their students.
Meanwhile, small martial art dojos which are managed by privates / individuals (like Jeet Kune Do and Kickboxing) must make their certificate by themselves.
Sadly, there are still many martial art trainers who don't know how to make graduation certificates for students.

To make martial art certificate, you must learn how to use drawing programs first. Like Krita, Paint Tool SAI, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Paint and other. There are lot of free digital drawing tutorials on internet nowadays.
3 most important things are: Your hand sign, your dojo logo and your student graduation date.
For “Accessories”, you can download various certificate border templates from internet (most Asian style martial art dojos use Asia-themed templates like Kungfu dragon art, Japanese kanji art or Chinese ornament art). Here my martial art certificates for examples:
Well, if you’re not good at computer then you can hire Graphic Designer service at nearest printing shop to make your certificate. Yeah, it will cost you more if you can’t use computer by yourselves.
