Kenpo Kata

 

Kenpo Kata (拳法型) is Japanese martial art dance art created in 6th century.

Kenpo was brought by buddhist monks from China in the middle of the 6th century. The incorporation of Chinese Wushu (武術套路) and Japanese Kenpo also began here, Kata is an Japanese style of Taolu dance art.
