Qin Na or Chin Na (擒拿) is Chinese wrestling style used to immobilize the opponent. Qin Na history is old as Shuai Jiao wrestling style but it developed by southern wrestlers community.
Contrast with northern Chinese Shuai Jiao which more focus on throws, southern Chinese Qin Na is more focus on locks.
