Long Staff Fighting

 

Long staff / long stick is one of the most ancient weapons, used in all countries from Africa to Asia for self-defense and combat.

Long staff user can do swift strikes from left or right side quickly, because it have 2 side which can be used for striking. It has same fighting technique with spears and often used as training / competition weapon by ancient spearmen worldwide.
